This area refers to property transactions with a commercial rather than a domestic emphasis, such as setting up schemes of development of multiple residential and/or commercial user; acquiring, selling and financing commercial/industrial premises, licensed premises and development land; Licenses for particular purposes such as phone masts or wind generators. 

Property law is similar for commercial or residential property, but in commercial property there tends to be a company law element and a greater variation in contracts, and an emphasis on tax and financial planning.
