The vast majority of cases in which we act settle and a usual term of the settlement is that the settlement is confidential. Settlements by their nature ensure that the matter does not come before a judge and as such, is not ruled on and no judgement is made by the judge. For this reason the vast majority of the cases we handle have neither a reported or unreported judgment to accompany them.
