To see how we can help you, please contact Donal Reilly & Collins. You can call, email or write to us here.
We are located in Manor Street, Dublin 7 in the heart of Stoneybatter where we have been practising since 1993. Before us Mr Donal Reilly ran his practise from the same office from the 1960s.
We are very proud of our long links to Stoneybatter and the surrounding areas and the service we have been providing to the community. We act for many local business and have an excellent reputation in the area. Nevertheless our client base is wide and a significant percentage of our clients are based outside of Dublin.
Our practice model is old school, based on looking after the client’s interests first and trusting that the fees will follow. Our two partners having worked in larger firms, we are also acutely aware that while specialisation has advantages, clients problems and needs rarely fall neatly into one category of specialisation, and a wide area of expertise is important to serve and advise our clients properly.
Our practice areas have been client led and this has allowed us to develop and expand successfully into less traditional areas of expertise, such as Administrative and Regulatory Law and Intellectual Property, while improving our service in more traditional areas such as Company work, Commercial Property, Landlord and Tenant, Planning and Property Litigation.
While these practice areas now account for a substantial portion of our practice we still concentrate on the traditional core elements of a general practice required by our earliest clients such as buying and selling property, personal injury cases, wills and probate, employment and family law. See “Practice Areas” for more details on this.
Our policy in relation to fees is to charge in a manner to encourage our clients to seek our advice at the earliest possible stage. This pre-emptive approach has frequently allowed our clients to side step potential problems and litigation.
We believe in a light touch where necessary. Many deals have been ruined by advisors trying to prove how useful they are. We have often found it beneficial to stay in the background, listen to our clients, and offer them guidance, rather than immediately stepping in as representatives.
We provide a professional and friendly service and we can be very flexible with appointment times (early mornings, late evenings or lunch time appointments can be arranged).
Our aim is to deliver an efficient affordable service in a relaxed environment.
